What kind of wood is good for and outdoor ping pong table?

Question by Jacob D: What kind of wood is good for and outdoor ping pong table?
I'm planning on building an outdoor ping pong table but, I don't have any idea what kind of wood to use. My main issue is with it warping. I have seen products with aluminum covering the wood but I'm not sure what the best option is.

Marine grade plywood will resist warping and water damage, but it's still wood and will eventually deteriorate due to exposure. Maybe you could use a sheet plastic like Lexan or Plexiglass instead of wood
