New years eve party help!??

I was friends with this girl, and we still hang out in school and she is my age. She has a sister who is a year younger. They are coming over tonight for a New Year's Eve Party and it's always SO AWKWARD when they come over my house!

All of us barely talk for a little bit and we dont know what to do or say. I feel like a bad hostess, and I feel like we never have a good time!

We are all going to hang out in the basement, and i decorated it down there with streamers and balloons. I also have my ipod speakers, snacks, sparkly new year's hats, beads and noisemakers down there, as well.

We also have a mini bowling set and a ping pong table for the games/activities.

Will this keep us busy, do you think?
What should I do to break the ice and have a good time, and make sure that they are having a good time?

It is going to be the three of us (me, my friend, and her sister) and then my younger brother and my younger cousin all at the party and hanging in the basement.
